emy_surfie_babe: Push up
Okay so I need some serious help, How can I do some proper push ups because I cant seem to do them the proper way, I just knee down with my legs crossed behind my back!
Any tips or suggests?

That's a great way to start getting your arms to push your body weight. Make sure the balance is right and you bring your chest as low as possible. Once you start getting used to your body weight you can do full push ups with your legs straightened out. The key to any exercise is form. Make sure your form is correct at all times, you will benefit more from the exercise.
